We have an HP 4650 which we would like to purchase your toner refills for.
But the smartchip on the toners causes us to pause. If we have to replace this chip each time then the process becomes less economical. And all we have read says the chip reset process may or may not work.
Is there a way to "trial" this reset process prior to purchasing the kit? I understand you only give this info to your customers, and I assume we will become a customer and order the full refill set if the process works. We are just a bit skeptical of the success of the reset technique.
